Fitness and Futbol is our personalized training program designed to develop and maintain players skill sets in various areas. Players will work on a combination of things such as SAQ's (Speed, Agility and Quickness), Ball mastery, Core endurance and Team building. This is a great way for players to continue getting touches on the ball and working on thier performance leading up to the holiday season.
