Pre-Season Conditioning: Get Your Player Ready!
WUSC’s pre-season conditioning clinic complements players’ soccer skills with an emphasis on building overall athleticism. The training incorporates speed, strength and power development workouts, with an added focus on balance and stability. The training is done in a positive, structured environment that is fun and challenging.
Players can expect to be better equipped to execute their soccer skills more efficiently with less injury risks while building more confidence each session.
