Spring 2013 Pratice Sign Up Rules
PRESEASON: Each grade 5-8 team should sign up for no more than 2 preseason slots (3/21 - 4/5). Grade 4 teams can sign up 3 days ahead if a slot is open. All other teams can sign up 3 days ahead and if you do, please put (3DR) after your name. (3 day rule).
Field 2 & 3 are available for practice on Saturdays March 23 & March 30th. Field 3 is available on weekdays after 5:45pm. Turf fields are not available on Sundays preseason.
DURING SEASON: Each team should sign up for no more than 2 practice slots in April (4/8 - 4/30) and 2 in May. Teams (including grade 3-4) can sign up for an extra slot if there is an opening 3 days before. Weekday practice slot is 5:45 - dusk in April. Starting in May, there will be 2 shifts (5:45 - 7:15pm, 7:15 - 8:30pm) Field 3 is not available before 5:45pm.
Priority: WHS sports games will take priority so defer to their usage. WUSC makeup games take priority over practices and while Judi will try to update the schedule with makeup games, there may be some that are switched at the last minute so be flexible. Check the sign up sheet before your practices.
