END OF SEASON CERTIFICATES

In an effort to be consistent for all K - 3 grade teams, the WUSC provides a template for certificates to be presented at the end of the season. The certificates are designed with a space for a team picture that we suggest be taken at the beginning or middle of the season. We also encourage, if you desire, a special treat at the field or home. DO NOT present trophies, medals or plaques.

Rather than distribute printed certificates to coaches at the field like we have done in the past, the Certficate is attached below in both a PDF and a PPT (Powerpoint) format.  You can  copy in a digital photo to the PPT and type in the team and player names or just print the PDF and fill it out.
