Registration Information
Deadlines
Grade 4-8: Nov. 22, 2009 Grades 9-12: March 1, 2010
Grades 1-3: Jan. 15, 2010 Kinderkick: April 1, 2010
Players who register by the deadline will be placed on teams. Space can not guaranteed if you sign up after these dates and a $25 late fee per child will be assessed after these deadlines. Register all of your players at one time or come back to add another player later.
Fees
Grade K registration fee $65
Grade 1-2 registration fee $95
Grade 3 registration fee $115
Grade 4-8 & 9-12 registration fee $135
A $30 per player/per season field surcharge is included in the above registration fee. This is to raise funds for the new Sprague Field complex. Families can make additional donations to the Sprague Field Fund by credit card when you check out and pay for Spring Registration For more donation info, click here.
Check fee is $15, Late fee after deadline is $25
Please note that the family maximum discount has been discontinued. If you have financial need, scholarships are available. Please email for information.
Refund Policy
Grade 1-3: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to Jan. 15, 2010, 50% refund Jan. 16 -March 15, no refund after March 15.
Grade 4-8: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to Nov, 22, 2009, 50% refund Nov. 23 - Jan 1, no refund after Jan. 1.
Grade K - full refund (less $10 processing fee up )to April 1, 50% refund April 1 - April 30, no refund after April 30.
Grade 9-12: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to March 1, 50% refund March 2 - April 1
Team Placement
Please note The Wellesley United Soccer Club has a policy against accepting requests for specific placement or grouping of players or for specific coaches. While we clearly understand that parents have the best intentions in mind, with hundreds of players per grade the many specific requests that would inevitably be made would make it very difficult , if not impossible, to put teams together.
Earrings Safety Alert! - For safety reasons, EARRINGS and other jewelry cannot be worn during games. The referee will ask you to remove them before playing . If you are planning to get ears pierced, do it during the summer so they can be removed at first game or after the season is over. Referees will not allow taping of earrings - they must be removed in order to play.
