Registration Information

Kindergarten Soccer registration will open in December - format is not yet finalized
Kindergarten * Grade 1-3 * Grade 4-8 * High School
Deadlines
Grade 4-8: Nov. 30, 2011 Grades 9-12: March 1, 2012
Grades 1-3: Jan. 17, 2012 Kindergarten: March 1, 2012 (Registration not yet open, stay tuned in late December for registration info)
Players who register by the deadline will be placed on teams. Space can not guaranteed if you sign up after these dates and a $25 late fee per child will be assessed after these deadlines. Register all of your players at one time or come back to add another player later.
Fees
Grade K registration fee tba
Grade 1-2 registration fee $95
Grade 3 registration fee $115
Grade 4-8 & 9-12 registration fee $135
Registration Fee payment is by credit card only, Late fee after deadline is $25.
A $30 per player/per season field surcharge is included in the above registration fee. This is to raise funds for the new Sprague Field complex. Families can make additional donations to the Sprague Field Fund by credit card when you check out and pay for player registration. For more donation info, click here. If you have financial need, scholarships are available. Please email with reason for scholarship request and select Fee Waiver Request.
Refund Policy
Grade 1-3: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to Jan. 17, 50% refund Jan. 18 -March 15, no refund after March 15.
Grade 4-8: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to Nov, 30, 50% refund Dec 1 - Jan 12, no refund after Jan. 12.
Grade K - full refund (less $10 processing fee up )to March 15, 50% refund March 15-April 1, no refund after April 1.
Grade 9-12: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to March 1, 50% refund March 2 - April 1
Team Placement
Please note The Wellesley United Soccer Club has a policy against accepting requests for specific placement or grouping of players or for specific coaches. While we clearly understand that parents have the best intentions in mind, with hundreds of players per grade the many specific requests that would inevitably be made would make it very difficult , if not impossible, to put teams together.
Volunteer to Coach
Coaches are needed at all levels - sign up to coach when you register your child or contact the age group coordinator
Earrings Safety Alert!
For safety reasons, EARRINGS and other jewelry cannot be worn during games. The referee will ask you to remove them before playing . If you are planning to get ears pierced, do it early in the summer so they can be removed at first game in Sept. or early in winter so they can be removed at first game in early April. Referees will not allow taping of earrings - they must be removed in order to play.
