No Earring Policy
All teams play in BAYS travel league. Games are Saturdays for 10 weeks, April 7 - June 9/ Sept. 10 - Nov. 12. Girls play Saturday morning at 9:00, 10:30 or 12 noon. Boys play Saturday afternoons at 1:30, 3 or 4:30 pm.. (Schedule may vary each week). Players should wear red shirt and red socks/black shorts that they used in Fall 2011. Players who did not play in fall will receive a new uniform from coach.
Fee is $135 with a late fee of $25 per player assessed after Nov. 30/May 27. A $30 per player/per season field surcharge is included in the above registration fee. This is to raise funds for the new Sprague Field complex.
Refund Policy: Full Refund (less processing fee of $10) up to Nov 30/May 27, 50% refund up to Jan. 15 /June 30 . No refund after Jan. 15/July 31. Programs are open to players who live in Wellesley or attend school in Wellesley.
Late registrations are very time consuming and disruptive to teams and coaches. Please sign up on time in order to be assured a place on a team. Fall teams must be submitted to BAYS by the third week of December. Teams will be formed in early December and you will be notified of team placement by early January. A player must be registered in order to be placed on a team.
Check payment is no longer an option. Please make payment with credit card. Our credit card payment is very secure. Credit card numbers are not stored in the system and encryption is used.
If you have specific questions about your child's age group including team placement, please contact the appropriate coordinator listed below. Tryouts are held only in spring. Please check for the schedule in early May. Read the tryout policy for more info. Teams are generally kept the same from fall to spring whenever possible. The team formation does depend on the # of players who return to play from fall to spring.
