If you have not previously registered and do not have a family account, please read instructions before proceeding. Make sure to update your family info including emergency contact numbers and medical info! If you have forgotten your password, please email for help. If your email has changed, please check how to update it here. Registration Information Deadlines Players who register by the deadline will be placed on teams. Space can not guaranteed if you sign up after these dates and a $25 late fee per child will be assessed after these deadlines. Register all of your players at one time or come back to add another player later. Fees A $30 per player/per season field surcharge is included in the above registration fee. This is to raise funds for the new Sprague Field complex. Families can make additional donations to the Sprague Field Fund by credit card when you check out and pay for Fall Registration For more donation info, click here. Check fee is $15, Late fee after deadline is $25 Refund Policy Grade 1-3: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to June 30, 2011, 50% refund July 1 -July 31, no refund after July 31, 2011. Grade 4-8: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to May 31, 2011, 50% refund June 1 - July 1, no refund after July 1, 2011. Grade K - Fall full refund (less $10 processing fee up )to Aug. 15, 50% refund Aug 15 - Aug 21, no refund after Aug 21. Grade 9-12: Full refund (less $10 processing fee) up to March 1, 50% refund March 2 - April 1 Team Placement Earrings Safety Alert! - For safety reasons, EARRINGS and other jewelry cannot be worn during games. The referee will ask you to remove them before playing . If you are planning to get ears pierced, do it during the summer so they can be removed at first game or after the season is over. Referees will not allow taping of earrings - they must be removed in order to play.

For Grade 4-8, Tryouts are held in May each year for the following year. Check the Tryout Schedule if your child would like to try out for the A or B team. Read more about the Tryout Policy.

Please note The Wellesley United Soccer Club has a policy against accepting requests for specific placement or grouping of players or for specific coaches. While we clearly understand that parents have the best intentions in mind, with hundreds of players per grade the many specific requests that would inevitably be made would make it very difficult , if not impossible, to put teams together.
