Wellesley Premier Club 2024/25 Team Assessments

Wellesley Premier Club are excited to announce the player assessment dates for the 2024/25 season. There will be one assessment per birth year for 2014-2011 and two assessments per birth year for 2015-2016. The players will be assessed on their skills and match play. All players who are registered for Wellesley Premier Club must attend the assessments. Assessments will be held at Elm Bank on the dates listed below:

2016 Girls - 13th May - 3:45-5:00pm and 17th May - 5:15-6:30pm

2015 Girls – 13th May - 5:15-6:30pm and 16th May - 5:15-6:30pm

2014 Girls – 14th May – 5:15-6:30pm 

2013 Girls – 14th May – 3:45-5:00pm

2012 Girls - 15th May – 5:15-6:30pm

2011 Girls - 15th May – 3:45-5:00pm 

 

2016 Boys - 13th May - 5:15-6:30pm and 17th May - 3:45-5:00pm

2015 Boys - 13th May – 3:45-5:00pm and 16th May - 3:45-5:00pm 

2014 Boys - 14th May – 3:45-5:00pm 

2013 Boys - 14th May – 5:15-6:30pm 

2012 Boys  - 15th May – 3:45-5:00pm

2011 Boys - 15th May – 5:15-6:30pm 

 

Wellesley Premier Club Mission Statement:

To develop Wellesley United Soccer Club players seeking a higher level of coaching in a professional environment.

 

 

Calendar Year:

Please note that players will be selected to teams based on a number of factors which include a player’s birth year, tryout performance and previous coach’s evaluation and feedback. Teams will not be grade based to better align ourselves with the US Soccer club standards. This standard will help create clarity, improve understanding about developmental progress and enhance playing environments for our players. 

 

 

Practice Schedule/Game Schedule:

Wellesley Premier Club includes twice weekly training and one weekend game as well as tournaments throughout the year. 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: In order to be eligible to play on Wellesley Premier Club team, all players must commit to participating fully in the 2 days of the Wellesley Premier Club program every week, as well as their town practice and game, and the Wellesley Premier Club team Sunday game. If your son or daughter cannot make a consistent commitment to Premier Club program and Wellesley Town Soccer due to other conflicts or activities, then signing up for the Wellesley Premier Club teams would not be an appropriate option for your player.
